Forms of Discrimination
The AGG recognises various forms of discrimination:
- Direct discrimination
- Indirect discrimination
- harassment/ sexual harassment
- instruction of discrimination
The above-mentioned forms of discrimination should not be confused with criminal offences (libel, aggression, sedition). Offences against the AGG cannot be prosecuted by means of notification of the police. Contact persons here are in fact counselling centres and lawyers.
